8 of the most well known herbs

to grow in 8"-12" of soil

With our all-natural redwood elevated planters you'll never have to worry about any plastic breaking down into your soil or a ceramic planters breaking due to a change in temperature or humidity. Growing in a wooden structure is one of the most natural ways of raising a garden bed to a workable height. Wood naturally expands and contracts according to its environment. Wooden gardens don't retain as much heat from the sun light, so this allows the soil to stay cooler on those hot days without absorbing the heat from a raised garden container.

With a slatted bottom these planters are great for drainage, and prevents against moisture damage over time. Therefore, over-watering is not a problem.

These elevated wooden planters have a trough of 8" so they  are perfect for herbs and several other leafy vegetables.
